At Melanie Casey Jewelry, we value…
…integrity. We don't take shortcuts and we don't compromise. We uphold high standards and reliably make decisions that are in support of our standards.
…caretaking. “What will benefit our client most?” is the first question we ask when we make decisions. Extraordinary customer care is our first and most impactful priority, and we likewise care for our own team members with connectedness and joy.
…intentionality. Our designs are created intentionally, with every prong and accent diamond serving a purpose. Similarly, our interactions with each other and with our clients are done with intention, never haphazardly.
…flexibility. The only constant is change. We are consistently flexible, pivot regularly, and hold "the way it's always been done" in contempt.
…innovation. Historical limitations placed on design, execution, and processes are obsolete. We never stop innovating and we seek new ways of doing things because creativity is not limited to design.
…accountability. We own our choices and actions, and take responsibility for the outcomes we produce without blaming external circumstances or other people.
…collaboration. We work together to find the best solutions. We are open minded and ask questions, and we rely on combined knowledge to produce the best results.
…improvement. We are never satisfied with the status quo. We seek out new technologies and systems to improve efficiency and client experience.
…growth. Stagnation is not an option and we operate with a growth mindset in all we do. We provide an environment of professional development for our team and work to increase our presence in the fine jewelry industry.
