Need a repair? By purchasing this listing, you’ll enter your request into our service schedule and pay in advance for our return shipping back to you once we’ve completed the work. NOTE: You’re responsible for shipping your piece to us, so you won’t receive a shipping label or any packaging materials from us. (Click “Mailing Instructions” for details on that.)
Most repairs are free because they’re covered under our warranty. (For warranty details and exceptions, read our Warranty page.) Our highly skilled repair specialist will evaluate your piece and stay in open communication with you about the work that’s needed and any associated costs beyond our warranty terms.
